A thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition is provided to improve transparency and heat resistance and to enhance impact strength. A thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition comprises 25-75 wt% of a copolymer obtained by graft copolymerizing 10-60 parts by weight of a conjugated diene-based rubber latex, 40-70 parts by weight of an alkyl methacrylate or an alkyl acrylate, 5-40 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 2-20 parts by weight of a vinyl cyano compound; and 25-75 wt% of a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 40-60 parts by weight of an alkyl methacrylate or an alkyl acrylate, 10-35 parts by weight of a maleimide-based monomer, 5-20 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 2-10 parts by weight of a vinyl cyano compound.
