A composition for rear axle sealing, and a rubber mixture comprising the composition are provided to improve abrasion resistance, thereby preventing the leakage of an oil. A composition for rear axle sealing comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyacrylate rubber (ACM) as a base; 0.15-0.35 parts by weight of sulfur, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of sodium stearate and 0.15-0.35 parts by weight of potassium stearate as a crosslinking agent; 1-3 parts by weight of ether ester and 0.5-3 parts by weight of a process oil as a plasticizer; 30-50 parts by weight of a filler; 1-3 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; and 0.5-3 parts by weight of a processing aid.
