A video display apparatus is provided to prevent a fire without extending separation distance, by combining a flame retardant bracket around a PCB with a high voltage part. A number of high voltage parts dissipating heat with a high temperature are installed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A bottom cabinet(120) is composed of a PCB guide rail(122) for the PCB to slide. A flame retardant bracket(130) is combined to the bottom of the PCB with at least one high voltage part, and penetrates through the PCB to block the gap between the PCB guide rail of the bottom cabinet and the PCB with one high voltage part.
