An exercising device for muscular power is provided to set up automatically the weight of a cylinder, the counting number and the exercising time according to the target exercising amount of a member. An exercising device for muscular power includes a cylinder(10), a power control valve(11), a counter sensor(12) and a digital control panel(13). A piston rod(100) of the cylinder is connected to a lever of the exercising device for muscular power. The power control valve is mounted on the cylinder to control the pressure inside the cylinder. The counter sensor is mounted on the cylinder to sense the reciprocating number of the piston rod. The control panel is connected to the counter sensor, the power control valve and a server(14) in which member information is stored, and controls the power control valve to correspond to the target exercising amount of the member.
