A display device and a flexible member are provided to offer a driving voltage or a common voltage by including a display panel, a reference voltage pad, a data driving unit, and a reference voltage lead. A display panel has a display region having an organic emission layer. A circuit board(210,220) generates a panel driving signal and a reference voltage applied to the display panel. A flexible member(300,400) connects the display panel and the circuit board. The display panel is formed in the outside of the display region, and includes a reference voltage pad receiving the reference voltage. The flexible member includes a flexible film(310,410), a data driving part(320) installed on the flexible film and a reference voltage lead which is connected to the reference voltage supply pad and is formed on the flexible film.
