A laver roaster for roasting laver on quartz porphyry of a heating part is provided to remarkably reduce electric consumption and gives roasted laver with good taste. A laver roaster consists of: a conveyor(110) with a circulation track to convey laver; a heating part(120) to roast the conveyed laver and a plurality of pneumatic cylinders(130) to lift up and down the heating part at the center of the conveyor, wherein the heating part comprises a plurality of electric heaters(121) in a movement direction of the conveyor to generate heat and a heat insulating cover(122) in the shape of covering the electric heater. Quartz porphyry(123) is stored at the inside upper end of the heat insulating cover. |
