A filtering structure is provided to perform a filtering process of wastewater using the entire area of a filtering net, thereby utilizing the filtering net efficiently, by twisting the filtering net. A filter comprises a wastewater pipe(200), a housing(300) into which the wastewater pipe is inserted, a first passage(410) connected to the wastewater pipe within the housing and having an opening(402) formed at one end, a first plate(420) positioned within the first passage and having a first protrusion formed on an upper surface thereof, a filtering net(140) connected to the first plate, and a water purification pipe(500) connected to an inside of the filtering net. The first protrusion is moved by a pressure of the wastewater, which is inputted into the first passage within the housing through the wastewater pipe. The first plate is rotated by movement of the first protrusion, thereby twisting the filtering net. The wastewater passed through the first passage is filtered by the twisted filtering net, and the filtered water is discharged through the water purification pipe. Further, a second plate is at lower part of the first plate, and a second protrusion is at a lower side of the second plate.
