FIELD: medicine; veterinary; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for destroy of biological tissues of different organs affected by pathological process of different genesis, including oncological origin. Method of high-temperature destroy is based upon introduction of heat-transfer agent into biological tissue through opening in wall of hollow metal needle, which has to electrode, and application of high frequency current. Distillated water is used as heat-transfer agent. Channel, formed in tissue as a result of introduction of hollow needle, is pressurized due to coagulation of biological tissue onto small belt of external surface of electrode. Subsequent introduction and warming of heat-transfer agent till 100-110 C is carried out by high-frequency current at increased pressure of 1-2 bars; speed of introduction of heat-transfer agent is adjusted. Device for realization of method has high-frequency oscillator connected to bipolar electrode through flange, which electrode is made in form of isolated coaxial electrodes partly covered with dielectric material, which are made in form of shallow metal needles. Device also has temperature detector and heat-transfer agent supply system. External electrode is mounted to have space in relation of internal electrode. External electrode has opening for introduction of heat-transfer agent to biological tissue and it doesn't have isolation at its sharp end and onto small belt of end part close to openings, disposed near sharpened end. Temperature detector is built in hollow part of needle of internal electrode. External electrode is provided with T-joint to supply heat-transfer agent to space from heat-transfer agent supply system to space of heat-transfer agent supply system; pressure detector is built in heat-transfer agent supply system. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism of procedure; improved volume of coagulation during single procedure. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
