<p>The present invention relates to a method for breast cancer diagnosis/prognosis comprising the following steps: A-extracting the nucleic material from a biological sample; B-using at least one pair of amplification primers to obtain amplicons of at least one target sequence of the nucleic material; C-using at least one detection probe to detect the presence of said amplicons, characterized in that, during step B, said pair of primers comprises at least one amplification primer comprising at least 10 nucleotide motifs of a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID No. 1 to SEQ ID No. 8 and/or, during step C, said detection probe comprises at least 10 nucleotide motifs of a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID No. 9 and SEQ ID No. 10. The invention also relates to amplification primers and hybridization probes which can be used in said method, and to a kit for the diagnosis/prognosis of breast cancer.</p> |
