A tag having an RF communication function and a recording medium are provided to determine automatically whether a tag, having at least one sensor and an RF communication function, generates or obtains sensed data and to generate or obtain important sensed data for efficiently managing power of a battery mounted at the tag. A tag having an RF communication function comprises a memory(640) and a power unit or a battery(615). The tag is connected to at least one sensor(655). The tag supplies the power for the sensor(655) via the power unit or the battery(615), receives data or a signal from the sensor(655) and stores the received data or signal at a memory(640). The tag transmits the data or the signal stored at the memory to a set terminal. The data or signal received from the sensor(655) can be a normal signal or an abnormal signal. |
