A paraglider is provided to improve lift force of the paraglider by dispersing tension transferred from a rope effectively on a diaphragm, and to improve propulsive force of the paraglider by reducing air resistance. A paraglider comprises a canopy, a harness, a plurality of ropes(10) and a connecting unit(60). The connecting unit includes a reinforcing plate(61) arranged in a lower portion of a diaphragm(43) and fabricated with material having superior tensile strength than the diaphragm, a connecting ring(62) coupled to the reinforcing plate and linked with the rope and a reinforcing bar(63) fixed to the reinforcing plate in a convex shape toward an upper portion of the diaphragm so that tension transferred from the rope is dispersed on the diaphragm.
