THE BLINDER AND METHOD TO PRODUCT WOODEN BLINDER

A manufacturing method of a flame retardant wooden blinder is provided to manufacture a blinder with improved flame retardant and incombustible effects by dipping blinder wood into a flame retardant material to be impregnated deeply, not applying a flame retardant material on the surface of blinder wood. A manufacturing method of a flame retardant wooden blinder(100) comprises the steps of: manufacturing a board by cutting off wood into 3~7cm, and putting the board in a dryer to have water of 6~10 weight percent; manufacturing blinder wood by cutting the board to a thickness of 1~7mm, sanding the board and painting using a roll coater; expanding pores in the wood by inputting the blinder wood in a vacuum and making impurities permeated in porous flow out; making the grain of the wood smooth for permeating flame retardant materials by steaming the blinder wood with high temperature steam; expanding pores in the wood by cooling down the blinder wood at 10~50 deg.c, and inputting the blinder wood in a vacuum and making impurities permeated in the porous flow out; impregnating the blinder wood by dipping the blinder wood into flame retardant materials; pressurizing the impregnated blinder wood at high pressure using pneumatic pressure; washing the impregnated blinder wood and dewatering; drying the dewatered blinder wood at 10~40 deg.c naturally or by a drier; and coating the surface of the blinder wood with general UV coating materials or flame retardant UV coating materials(55).
