An elastic pavement with multi layers using a waste tire and a wood chip is provided to increase natural beauty efficiency on the pavement by using spontaneity of the wood chip and transparency of the transparent urethane. An elastic pavement with multi layers using a waste tire and a wood chip comprises a frostbite prevention layer(100), an auxiliary base layer(200), an elastic layer(300), and an outer layer(400). The frostbite prevention layer is mixed with 40 to 60 parts by weight of an aggregate(10-60mm) and 40 to 60 parts by weight of a recycled rubber chip. The auxiliary base layer comprises concrete or asphalt concrete with thickness of 5 to 30mm. The elastic layer comprises the wood chip, the waste wood chip, and a wood powder with thickness of 3 to 80mm. The outer layer comprises a transparent urethane. A transparent resin is mixed in the outer layer. |
