<p>A hydraulic control apparatus is provided to perform functions of a check valve and a flow regulator, thereby stably performing a shutting off operation without increase in size. A hydraulic control apparatus includes a single acting cylinder(5), a directional valve(11), a pump(6), and a tank(7). The single acting cylinder contains fluid. The directional valve controls supply and discharge of the fluid in the cylinder. The direction valve is shifted between a supply position where the pump supplies the fluid into the cylinder, a discharge position where the pump discharge the fluid from the cylinder, and a neutral position where the fluid is not supplied from and discharged from the cylinder. The pump supplies and discharges the fluid contained in the tank.</p> |
