A chucking device, a brushless motor with the chucking device, and a disk drive device with the brushless motor are provided to restrict movement of hook members without being influenced by an assembly error between a center setting case and a turn table. A chucking device(200) comprises a cylindrical part, a center setting case(210), hook members(220), elastic members(230), and a turn table(101). The hook members have hook parts(211) coming in contact with the center hole of a disk and have disk maintaining surfaces. Operation auxiliary parts are arranged at the sides of the hook parts and have rotary point parts. The center setting case has rotary point receiving parts for receiving the rotary point parts by sliding. Slip prevention point parts are extended from the rotary point parts. The front ends of the hook members are prevented from being moved upward in the axial direction by contacting the slip prevention point parts with the rotary point receiving parts and contacting the upper surfaces of the operation auxiliary parts with the lower surfaces of a cover plate part.
