A multi-purpose tire testing apparatus is provided to check vertical displacement and load, lateral displacement and load, longitudinal displacement and load, rotational displacement angle and torque with a single apparatus. A multi-purpose tire testing apparatus comprises a frame(1), a tire setting unit(2), a tire test unit(3), and a control unit. The frame includes a base(11) and a vertical support unit(12). The vertical support unit is mounted on the base. The tire setting unit is rotatably installed to the upper part of the vertical support unit horizontally. The tire test unit measures vertical displacement and load of the tire by lifting a test board(35), measures lateral displacement and load, and longitudinal displacement and load by raising and moving the test board, and measures rotational displacement angle and torque by division-rotating the tire on the tire setting unit and lifting the teat board as rotating the test board.
