A waste molding sand reproduction method using iron oxide is provided to reduce the treatment cost and to produce good recycled molding sand by utilizing the flammable waste as fuel by adopting a heating and plasticizing process. A waste molding sand reproduction method using iron oxide comprises the steps of: sorting out foreign materials from the waste molding sand and crushing the waste molding sand; mixing the crushed waste molding sand and iron oxide, pouring the mixture into a heating tank, and supplying heat generated by burning the flammable waste; stirring the mixture in the heating tank in order to induce chemical reactions between the input iron oxide and sodium stuck on the waste molding sand; and obtaining the recycled molding sand and sodium ferric acid by separating the waste molding sand and sodium ferric acid through sieving. The temperature of the heating tank is kept at 750~800deg.C during a heating process. |
