A chucking device, a motor and disk drive having the same are provided to set the rotation and movement of hook members optimally by arranging rotary point parts and moving point parts at the hook members. A chucking device(200) comprises a cylindrical part, a center setting case(210), hook members(220), elastic members(230), and a turn table(101). The hook members are moved with respect to the openings of the case, are projected from the cylindrical part outward in the diameter direction, and come into contact with the center hole of the disk. The hook members include hook parts(211), moving support parts for guiding the hook members, and moving support receiving parts having auxiliary surfaces inclined upward toward the inside of the diameter direction. The moving support parts are slid toward the inside of the diameter direction with respect to the auxiliary surfaces.
