An E-ink display panel is provided to prevent a pixel electrode from being interfered with a noise caused by a bottom gate thin film transistor, a scan line and a data line by disposing a dielectric layer with a thickness of 1 to 4mum on the bottom gate thin film transistor. A facing substrate(220) faces an active array substrate(210). An E-ink display medium(230) is disposed between the active array substrate and the facing substrate. The active array substrate includes a substrate(211), a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of data lines disposed on the substrate, and a plurality of pixel electrodes(2143) electrically connected to the scan line and the data line to be driven. Each pixel structure includes a bottom-gate thin film transistor including a gate electrode(2141a) connected to one of the scan lines, a source electrode(2141d) electrically connected to one of the data lines and a drain electrode(2141d'). A dielectric layer(2142) with a thickness ranging from 1 to 4mum is disposed on the bottom gate TFT, and has a contact window(2142a) exposing a portion of the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is disposed on the dielectric layer, and is electrically connected to the drain electrode through the contact window.
