A lottery system for increasing a birthrate is provided to reduce burden for bring up children and increase the birthrate by assigning a free lifetime lottery ticket to one newborn baby and paying a lottery jackpot to a winner. A parent of the newborn baby is registered by using personal information of the newborn baby and the parent, and the parent receives one free lifetime lottery ticket for the newborn baby by receiving or selecting lottery numbers. The lottery jackpot is paid to the parent when the lottery numbers of the free lifetime lottery ticket are matched in each round. |
