A sliding structure for a portable electronic apparatus is provided to comprise a simple-structured guide member and an elastic member, thereby realizing superior durability as well as slimness, consequently a slim portable electronic apparatus with excellent durability can be implemented when the sliding structure is applied to the portable electronic apparatus. The second slider member(120) is mounted on the first slider member(110) to slide thereon. An elastic member(140) is mounted on one of the first slider member(110) and the second slider member(120) in rotatable structure, and is expanded as being contracted in length direction. A guide member(130) is mounted on the other of the slider members(110,120) where the elastic member(140) is not mounted, in rotatable structure, and supports the elastic member(140).
