A mold having a changeable molding plate is provided to mold various products and shorten manufacturing periods by changing a molding plate and a slide pin. A mold having a changeable molding plate comprises a fixing part(11), inclined plates(10), a driving part, and slide cores. The fixing part consists of a fixing installation plate(2) having a guide pin at an edge part and a fixing groove at one lower part, a fixing molding plate(8) connected to one side of the fixing groove, and inclined pin grooves(9) separated along the outer periphery of the fixing molding plate. At least one inclined plate is connected to the inclined pin grooves. The driving part includes a driving installation plate, a driving molding plate, and cylindrical rails. The driving installation plate has a guide groove to correspond to a guide pin at the edge part and a driving groove at the one upper side. The driving molding plate is connected to correspond to the fixing molding plate at one side of the driving groove. More than one cylindrical rail is separated along the outer periphery of the driving molding plate. At least one slide core is capable of rotating along the rail to correspond to the inclined pin.
