An automatic transfer welding robot comprises: a robot body(1); right transfer wheels(2) which are installed on the robot body, and to which a right transfer motor(3) is attached; left transfer wheels(4) which are installed on the robot body, and to which a left transfer motor(5) is attached; auxiliary transfer wheels(12) installed on the robot body to balance the robot body; a rotary turntable(15) installed on a shaft of a turntable rotating motor(6) for transferring the welding torch horizontally; a Y body(10) attached onto the rotary turntable to move the welding torch back and forth; a Y transfer motor(7), a Y transfer guide(8), a Y transfer screw(9), and a Y transfer shaft support(49) that are installed on the Y body; a welding torch clamp(11) installed on a front side of the Y transfer shaft support; a welding torch(19) installed on the welding torch clamp; a turntable rotating motor shaft(31) inserted into the center of the rotary turntable; a rotary shaft cushion cap(35) installed on a turntable rotating motor shaft key(36); a left cushion sensor(34) and a right cushion sensor(37) installed at left and right sides of the turntable rotating motor shaft key; and a guide roller body(20) which is installed on the welding torch, and includes a guide transfer roller(21) and a guide transfer roller cushion sensor(22).
