A sanitary cloth made of hemp is provided to have the sense of comfort without the stimulus of skin and to perform a uniform dyeing by once without a spot. A general fiber with one or more kinds materials selected among cotton, rayon, polyester and wool and the hemp fiber are mixed with a constant weight ratio so that the blended spun yarn is manufactured. The weight ratio of the hemp fiber at the blended spun yarn is about 5%-17% relating to the entire weight of the blended spun yarn. The blended spun yarn is used as a weft(10), a warp(20) and a pile yarn so that the sanitary cloth with flexibility is manufactured. In the flexible sanitary cloth, as a result of the antibacterial examination KS K 0693-2006, the bacteria reduction ratio is above 99.2% after 8 hours relating to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 4352.
