A card discharging device is provided to improve storing efficiency by discharging cards with the cards pressed with a pressing mechanism elastically supported by a pressing spring. A card discharging device includes a housing unit(110), a card pressing unit(120), a card feeding unit, a counter pressing unit(140), and a control display unit(150). The housing unit receives a card in a card receiving element(112) in a slope shape. The card pressing unit presses the card to the inside of the card receiving element of the housing unit. The card feeding unit feeds the card to a card discharge side of the housing unit. The counter pressing unit senses an upper part of the card fed to the card feeding unit to check the number of the cards and press the upper part of the card. A control element controlling the discharging device is formed in the control display unit.
