A rear knee pillow fomenting and supporting a waist is provided to make the wearing and management convenient by enabling selective integration and separation of the constitutional elements. Left and right knee pillows(23,24) and a knee gap cushion(14) disposed therebetween are attached to a coupling plate(13) by using a method of Velcro(12), and the coupling plate is detachable from a waist fomenting plate(15) by using a method of a Velcro. The waist fomenting plate is placed below user's hip and lumbar. The knee gap cushion is disposed between user's knees. The left and right knee pillows are placed below the user's rear knees of left and right thighs. The elasticity of the rear knee pillow is controlled by pulling an elastic band(10) of a waist belt and a knee belt.
