The universal seat is for a vessel, whereby mostly the cabin access is closable by shutters, over the guides for which the seat can be fixed, or otherwise fitted in the door opening. A virtually vertical part is provided with a horizontal seat, whereby the vertical part can be made to measure. The seat is removable, can be positioned over a guide and can be made of divergent materials.
