An apparatus for measuring and displaying a supply amount of oil in a vehicle is provided to prevent a driver from taking a disadvantage caused by a manipulation of a meter by checking a digital counter mounted on a dashboard of a driver seat. An apparatus for measuring and displaying a supply amount of oil in a vehicle comprises a flow meter(3), an oil tank(4), a digital signal conversion unit for converting the supply amount of oil, a controller, and a counter for displaying the supply amount of oil into a digital image. A first counter and a second counter are installed on an oil port section recessed on a vehicle body and on a dashboard, respectively, to display an injection amount of oil injected into the oil tank. A third counter is installed on the dashboard to display the accumulation amount of oil. The flow meter includes a cylindrical body(6) inserted into a path(1a) of an oil port(1), an inlet(7) and an outlet(8). A supporting projection(10) is radially projected inside the oil supplier.
