A method and a device for capturing an EPC(Electronic Product Code) by using real-time master data are provided to offer business event data by performing an event data process based on a capturing rule, which stores data processing component setting information and the master data including business transaction event data received from a legacy system in real-time during system operation. A data manager(211) manages components and data used for constructing the business event data. An event process manager(212) generates, manages, and terminates the business event process. A data receiver(213) receives an event from RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) middleware(203) and a legacy system(206). A business event process unit(214) comprises at least one business event process generating the business event data. The business event process unit includes a data receiver(251), a business event processing component(252) generating a business event based on RFID tag event data, a business transaction data processing component(253) generating a business event based on the business transaction data, a business event processing interface(254), and a data transmitter(255) transmitting a business event data to an EPC information system(205). |
