The metric is decided after being analyzed in a non-cartesian complex coordinate space or a non-exclusion-cartesian complex coordinate space. Reliability of the decision is achieved for a decision process. The decision is considered in a polar coordinate space. A euclidean distance between the receiving point and the nominal point is analyzed by the metric. The values of angle and radius projections of the matrix (A1,A2) between the receiving point and at least one nominal point is analyzed by the matrix.
