An ecological block for slope protection is provided to form ecological environment variously when a bank or a retaining wall is constructed on a slope by forming plural ecological corridors on the top of an ecological block having a vegetation space and guiding earthworms, the larvae of insects or insects living in the vegetation space to move to an adjoining vegetation space and a slope smoothly. An ecological block(10) for slope protection includes a vegetation space(11) formed inward to form a slope more environment-friendlily, and one or more ecological corridors(15) formed to vary ecological environment in the vegetation space and to let earthworms, the larvae of insects or insects living in the vegetation space move smoothly into an adjoining vegetation space, wherein first ecological corridors(15a) are formed on two sides of a top vegetation space of the ecological block to be connected with the vegetation space and a first ecological corridor of an adjoining ecological block and a second ecological corridor(15b) is formed on the backside to be connected with a slope at the backside of the ecological block, and joint surfaces(10a) are formed on two sides of the ecological block with the first ecological blocks to connect the adjoining first ecological corridors easily and to construct ecological blocks easily. In addition, a connection frame(20) is included to keep the first ecological corridor abutting on a first ecological corridor of an adjoining ecological block not to be more distant, and attached with a non-degradable natural fiber bundle such as coir ropes at a connection(21) to let living creatures such as earthworms or the larvae move easily through the connection of the connection frame. |
