Multi-purpose universal line for drying and cooling fractioned and fine-disperse materials includes system for loading wet product, system for supply and generation of heat carrier that consists of heat generator and devices for injection and motion of heat carrier, drying apparatus, system for cooling product, system for recuperation of thermal energy, system for filtration and discharge of worked-out heat carrier, system for control of operating parameters. At that system for supply and generation of heat carrier has installation for preparation of fuel and block for automated control of heat generator. Heat generator is connected to drying apparatus that is connected to product cooling system and system for recuperation of thermal energy that have block for cooling dry product with heat exchanger, pump for cooling liquid and pipelines of cooling liquid connected to not less than one air-liquid calorifer, together those form closed circuit. Drying apparatus is connected to system for filtration and discharge of worked out heat carrier that is made of not less than two modules. |
