A cutting and piercing apparatus is provided to prevent movement of a cutter when the cutter cuts material by preventing impact generated when a piercing punch punches the material from being transmitted to the cutter, thereby preventing damage to the cutter. A cutting and piercing apparatus includes a first fixing board, a second fixing board(112), an operating block(110), a third fixing board(158), and a fourth fixing board(156). A piercing punch(130) to punch a hole on material and a first guide pin(140) are fixed on the first fixing board. A cutter(120) to cut the material and a second guide pin(142) are fixed on the second fixing board. The first and second fixing boards are fixed on the operating block reciprocating by a cylinder. A supporting block(150) supports the material under the operating block. The third fixing board and the fourth fixing board are fixed on the supporting block. The third fixing board is provided with a piercing hole(152) to insert a front end unit of the piercing punch and a first guide bushing(154) to insert the first guide pin. The fourth fixing board is provided with a second guide bushing(155) to insert the second guide pin. |
