A device for automatic check of slipping of the shafts of roller mill contains a unit of determining the moment of occurrence of slipping of shafts from the spasmodic reduction of load current and a unit of determining the moment of occurrence of the slipping of shafts from the frequency of variations of load current. It is equipped with a unit of determining the rolling mode, which includes a voltage sensor, a comparator, a differentiator of voltage and threshold element with reference-voltage source, and also two elements “AND"1 and “AND"2, element “OR” and monovibrator, in this case the unit of determining the moment of emergence of the slipping of shafts from spasmodic reduction of load current is made in the form of a current-sensing device, a controlled rectifier, a differentiator of current and threshold element with reference-voltage source, and the unit of determining the moment of emergence of the slipping of shafts from the frequency of variations of load current is made in the form of a band-pass filter, threshold element with reference-voltage source and single vibrator, which output is connected with one of the inputs of the element "AND"2, which second input is connected with the output of threshold element. In this case the output of current-sensing device is connected with one of the inputs of controlled rectifier and input of band-pass filter, which output is connected with one of the inputs of the threshold element, which another inlet is connected with reference-voltage source, and the output of threshold element is connected with the input of monovibrator and with one of the inputs of the element “AND"2, which another input is connected with the output of the first single vibrator, another output of the controlled rectifier through the differentiator of current is connected with one of the inputs of threshold element, which another input is connected with reference-voltage source, and output is connected with another input of element “AND"1, the output of the voltage sensor is connected with one of the inputs of controlled rectifier and with input of comparator, output of which is connected with another input of controlled rectifier, one of outputs of which is connected with input of voltage differentiator, which output is connected with one of inputs of threshold element, which another input is connected with reference-voltage source, and the output of threshold element is connected with one of inputs of element “AND"1. In this case the outputs of two elements “AND"1 and “AND"2 are connected with inputs of the element “OR”, output of which is connected with input of second monovibrator, which output is connected with setting device of the intensity of the speed of rotation of shafts of the standart system for control of rolling mill. |
