PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ATHEROGENIC COMPLICATIONS AT METABOLIC SYNDROME

Process of development of atherogenic complications at metabolic syndrome is in fact that one performs bio-chemical investigations of plasma of venous blood on empty stomach, with determination of characteristics of lipid exchange, one evaluates intensity of atheronenity of metabolic dislipidemia. For its evaluation one determines and jointly evaluates coefficients of metabolic dislipidemia (K1, K2) as ratios of triglycerides and total cholesterol (K1=TG/ZHS) and triglycerides and cholesterol of high density lypoproteides (K2=TG/HS LPVSC), at value of those coefficients above or lower than 0.34 and 1.5, respectively, one makes conclusion on development of cardiovascular complications of metabolic syndrome and unfavorable course of disease.
