METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF ELECTRIC BREAKDOWN OF CELL MEMBRANE BY CURVATURE OF CONDUCTIVITY

Method for determination of parameters of electric breakdown of cell membrane by curvature of conductivity that includes placement of cell being studied in medium between electrodes, application of increasing pulse voltage, determination of dependence of conductivity of cell on field strength and parameters of electric breakdown by its analytic approximation. Cell is pressed a little with electrodes, and approximation of conductivity is performed with polynomial of odd power not lower than 5 with calculation of its maximal curvature in point coordinates of which are considered to be parameters of electric breakdown.
