A device for processing of rubber waste contains a thermal reactor with a housing of cylindrical shape, which has a working chamber, a chamber of loading of rubber waste located at inlet in working chamber, device of discharge of liquid phase of the product of pyrolysis and the means of removal of solid phase of the product of pyrolysis, which is located at the outlet from the working chamber, and a heating device, which interacts with the reactor, at that the means of discharge of liquid phase of the product of pyrolysis contains cooler, condenser of vapor phase and separator of condensate into gaseous and liquid phases. Furthermore, between the vessel of thermal reactor and the working chamber a lining from refractory material is made, the motion of pyrolysis gas occurs along working chamber, and its removal from the reactor - in the upper part, together with liquid phase of the product of pyrolysis. |
