A device for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots, which consists of a frame, a feed conveyer, a baffle brush, a cleaner and an unloading conveyer, arranged in series, is proposed. The cleaner is made as a cleaning unit mounted as an inclined one, formed by driving cylindrical rollers having pairwise counter-rotational movement, above which an activator is mounted. Rollers of the cleaning unit, which are arranged longitudinally and form a convex surface, inside comprise an activator as two driving rod disks, mounted as inclined ones, between which a blade beater, the elastic blades of which have the shape similar to the internal generatix of the cleaning unit. A driving axle is perpendicular to the axles of the rollers. A tilt angle of the lower disk to the longitudinal axis of the rollers is lesser than a similar angle of the upper disk. |
