A cleaning pickup of beet roots has blade rotors arranged on horizontal driving shafts, fingers of which pass through rods of wavelike sectional grates, one of the ends of each section is arranged in a joint and the other is connected to a spring. Guiding rollers and a cylindrical brush are arranged above the wavelike sectional grates. A front roller is connected to one of the wavelike sectional grates, which is made as an S-like rod section having feeler wheels. The front end of the S-like rod section has two driving cylindrical rollers arranged at different height, the first of which has the lesser diameter than the other one. The front end of the section is made as a rotary one and from above has brackets, which are kinematically connected to the section by springs, and axles of the driving cylindrical rollers are connected between each other by mechanisms of changing and fixing the distances between them. |
