The invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy, in particular to a method for refining of copper alloys. In the method the solid mixture materials in heating furnace is carried out in two phases: at first, in heating furnace charging of solid mixture materials, which not contain bronze, charged in quantity of 60-70 w/w of all charging furnace, during the smelting the oxidizing melt is carried out to oxygen content of 6500-7500 ррm, after that charging of piece scrap of tinless bronze,containing Fe, Si, Zn at total copper content more than 85 w/w in quantity of 40-30 w/w to total charging of furnace. The refining of alloy and reducing of copper from oxides, whichremain, with blowing natural gas is carried out. This results in the simplification of refining process and quality of copper trademark is improved. |
