A mandrel for treating rectangular and trapezoidal spline grooves in the bushings contains U- shaped housing with upper and lower guiding bushes, a mount with a shank, hard-alloy burnishing elements, elements of direction and fastening, separator, in which open-end holes of rectangular form are made, in which cylindrical hard-alloy rollers are located with possibility of circular turning. Hard-alloy cylindrical rollers are connected with cylindrical grooves of the mount, which are located on horizontal flats evenly along the circle with width that is equal to the length of cylindrical hard-alloy rollers. The depth of adjacent cylindrical grooves is equal to the value of lifting for one roller. The body of mount itself is magnetized and it is connected with cylindrical hard-alloy rollers. Mount with cylindrical hard-alloy rollers is connected with possibility of axial displacement with internal rectangular slots of the upper guiding bush. The internal surface of the lower guide bush is made in the form of rectangular spline grooves and is installed coaxially with the upper guiding bush. |
