摘要 The invention relates to the method of producing high-filled granulated activated carbon of solid sorbents or filtering materials from synthetic high-molecular compounds and it is intended for cleaning of gases and liquids in chemical, medical, food and other branches of national economy. A method for obtaining the carbon-polymer composite sorption material by preliminary saturation of granulated active coal with solvent provides for its mixing with solution of polyurethane in dimethylformamide (DMFA), formation of material in the moulds with loading and drying of obtained carbon-polymer composite sorption material. In accordance with disclosed invention proposed, granulated activated coal is washed, saturated by hexane or isopropyl alcohol (IPA), dried and mixed with 3-12% solution of linear polyurethane (PU) modified with biologically active compound (BAC) in molar ratio of PU: [BAC]=1.5: 1 or branched polyurethane in the molar ratio of PU: BAC = 1: 1 at percent ratio of solution of modified PU and active coal = (30-50): (50-70).
