The invention relates to field of heat engineering, in particular to steam generators, and can be used as source of technological steam. Steam generator has body 1 arranged with formation of mixing chamber 2, confuser 3 and diffuser 4 placed in sequence one after another at one axis, plasmatrone 5 installed on the this axis as well, system for cold water supply 6 and system of steam takeoff 7. Mixing chamber 2 is arranged as truncated cone with conical surface 8 and is turned with larger base to side of plasmatron 5 and with smaller base - to side of confuser 3. Confuser is arranged as cylinder with diameter that is equal to diameter of smaller base of mixing chamber. Plasmatron is equipped with control element and is installed at one axis with mixing chamber with formation of plasma zone of confusor and with provision of circular gap between cone-like surface of mixing chamber and outer surface of control element of plasmatrone head. Plasmatrone is installed with possibility of axial displacement for change of amount of circular clearance and for provision of pressure control in system of cold water supply. Heat exchange zone is formed in mixing chamber and confuser, and steam takeoff system is connected to diffuser. The invention provides minimal inertia of steam former, increases efficiency, decreases first cost of production of weight unit of technological steam. Large pressure of steam at outlet of steam generator excludes need in use of pumps in system of steam consumption, brings to minimum overall dimensions and metal consumption of steam generator per power unit. |
