HI-STRENGTH AND NON-SHRINKAGE GROUT COMPOSITION HAVE A NON-CORROSION ABILITY OF STEEL

摘要

A grout mortar composition is provided to increase the corrosion preventing capability of a steel by preventing a chlorine ion from being permeated into the inside thereof and preventing the steel from being corroded under high salinity condition. A grout mortar composition comprises 1-2 parts by weight of a dispersant, 0.06-1 part by weight of a setcontrolling admixture, 0.1-0.4 part by weight of aluminum hydroxide, 5-10 parts by weight of blast furnace slag based fine powder, 0.3-1.4 parts by weight of a steel corrosion preventing agent such as calcium nitrite and sodium nitrite, and 105-125 parts by weight of sand having a maximum diameter of less than 3 mm regarding 100 parts by weight of a cement-based powder composition where portland cement, calcium aluminosulfate and gypsum are mixed.
