A seat assembly is provided having a seat back and a seat cushion. The seat cushion is releasably coupled to the floor at a rearward end and selectively pivotable about a forward end. A pair of hinge assemblies pivotally couple the seat back to the seat cushion. The hinge assemblies allow for pivotal movement of the seat back between a seating position and a stand-up position in which the seat cushion and seat back are generally vertically aligned. At least one drive link pivotally couples the seat cushion and the hinge assemblies to control pivotal movement of the seat back as the seat assembly moves between the seating and stand-up positions.
