A method to treat milk includes neutralization of the milk by exposure to flow of electric current of a monopolar corona discharge of negative polarity which appears between a cathode separated from the milk mass by air space and milk volume, which is on a grounded anode. The milk is treated in a dielectric container, which is arranged on the grounded anode made of an electroconductive nonmagnetic material, without galvanic connection thereof with milk. The milk is mixed by a constant magnet, with a neutral cover, which is set in motion due to the external rotary magnetic field. |
