A carbon fiber anchor, a method for manufacturing the same, and a reinforcing method for improving an anchoring function between a carbon fiber sheet and concrete structures using the same are provided to improve user's convenience when coupling an embedded anchor with a bored unit by an L-type insertion guiding rod. A carbon fiber anchor(50) includes an embedded anchor unit(10) and a linear anchor unit(20). The embedded and linear anchor units are made of carbon fiber(CF) composed of a plurality of strands(S). The embedded anchor unit is coupled with a bored unit of a pillar of a concrete member. An L-type insertion guiding rod(P) is coupled with an end of the embedded anchor unit to smoothly embed the embedded anchor unit in the bored unit. The linear anchor unit is formed at the other side of the embedded anchor unit. The linear anchor unit is provided with a plurality of coupling lines(22) made of glass yarn to prevent each fan frame(21) formed by the strands from scattering.
