HEALTH BEVERAGE CONTAINING EXTRACT OF GRIFOLA FRONDOSA

A health beverage is provided to prevent a liver from being damaged by a liver toxic material by using a water extract of Grifola frondosa and to improve preference. A health beverage comprises 0.1-4.0 wt% of a water extract of Grifola frondosa; 5-20 wt% of an oligosaccharide; 1-3 wt% of a concentrate of a jujube; 1-2 wt% of a concentrate of green tea; 1-2 wt% of a concentrate of Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum; 0.01-0.05 wt% of vitamin C; and 0-3 wt% of a concentrate of an apple.
