A tilting lock valve for safe tilting operation of a forklift truck is provided to prevent fork drop in a state loaded with a heavy weight object by allowing a control spool to perform a locking function blocking discharge of operating fluid, and to secure operation stability by controlling rapid discharge of the operating fluid. A tilting lock valve for safe tilting operation of a forklift truck comprises a valve block(10), a finishing cap(20), a tilting spool(30) and a control spool(40). The valve block is provided with a tilting spool hole(13) communicated with a center bypass(12) flowing operating fluid by operation of a hydraulic pump, and with a tank line(16) connected to a storage tank. The finishing cap is coupled to allow one end of the tilting spool hole to be connected to a hydraulic joystick and the other end to form a chamber(42a) with a spring(24). The control spool is installed in a control spool groove(31) of the tilting spool and operated by supply and discharge of the operating fluid by the hydraulic pump. |
