A plasma reactor is provided to supply air only for combustion into a reaction chamber uniformly, thereby preventing imperfect combustion of flame, by improving the inner structure of the plasma reactor. A lower portion of a cylindrical reaction chamber(1) is clogged with an insulation part(2). An electrode(3) is disposed above the insulation part. The electrode includes a mixing space(31), wherein the mixing space has a plurality of mixture fuel jet nozzles(32) formed in an upper portion thereof. A fuel supply unit(4) passes through the center portion of the insulation part to supply air and fuel to the mixing spacer. A high voltage supply unit(5) passes through a lateral portion of the insulation part to supply a high voltage to the electrode. A plurality of air supply holes(21) are formed in a circumferential portion of the insulation part to communicate with an inside of the reaction chamber. An air supply unit(6) is disposed below the insulation part, wherein the air supply unit collects inputted air to supply the collected air to the reaction chamber through respective air supply holes uniformly. Further, the air supply unit contains an air tank having air-stored space and an air supply pipe installed at a lower part of the air tank.
